11/9/2007 Lundqvist won his fifth straight home start by stopping 26 of 28 shots as the Rangers beat the Pittsburgh Penguins, 4-2, on Thursday night. He is 8-2-0 with a 1.30 goals-against average and .952 save percentage in 10 home appearances this season. Lundqvist is 8-4-3 with a 2.17 GAA and .919 save percentage in 15 career appearances against the Penguins, including a 6-1-1 mark with a 2.09 GAA and .919 save percentage in eight home meetings.
11/7/2007 Lundqvist had his four-game win streak snapped on Tuesday in the Rangers' 3-2 loss to the host New York Islanders. The goaltender made 24 saves in the defeat after posting three shutouts in his previous six outings, including Monday's 2-0 win over Philadelphia. 10/24/2007 It seems as if posting a shutout is the only way for Lundqvist to record a win this season, and even that isn't a guarantee the way the New York Rangers have struggled to score. Lundqvist stopped 21 of 22 shots, but the visiting Rangers lost, 1-0, to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday. It was Lundqvist's fourth straight defeat. The four straight losses ties a career high that had been set three times previously. His last four-game slide lasted from Jan. 31-Feb. 6.
10/21/2007 Lundqvist made 19 saves in regulation and overtime, but allowed the lone goal of the shootout as the visiting Rangers fell, 1-0, to Boston on Saturday. After the first five shooters failed in the tiebreaker, the Bruins' Phil Kessel skated in on him and fired a wrist shot under the crossbar to seal the Rangers' fate. Lundqvist, though, was able to post his eighth career shutout and the first of this season. He last shut out an opponent was Philadelphia on March 21.
10/19/2007 Lundqvist made 23 saves, but the Rangers fell, 5-3, to host Atlanta on Thursday. The goaltender, who lost to Ottawa on Saturday, lost a second straight start and fell for the fourth time in his last five starts. Lundqvist has lost three straight on the road this year and five in a row since a shootout loss against the New York Islanders on April 3. He has dropped four straight to the Thrashers, and is now 2-2-4 with a 2.60 goals-against average in nine appearances.

Lundqvist improved to 5-1-0 with a 1.96 goals-against average and .938 save percentage in six appearances against Florida. Two of those wins over Florida have taken place in shootouts.
