OSFI has revised the Standard Form Deposit Agreement, Appendix I to Guideline A-10, Capital Equivalency Deposit. The revisions to the pro forma agreement take into account comments received from the industry.

Although the modifications are largely editorial in nature, OSFI wishes to draw your attention to the revisions under the headings: Deposited Assets, Powers and Authority of Depository, and Appointment of New Depository. In addition, the list of pre-approved assets outlined in Schedule A now includes Banker’s Acceptances.
