ALDA Youth Prep - Vancouver

Youth Prep is a 24 week program starting in September of 'Key2 E' Workshops & several work experience placements, designed to address the lack of employability skills endemic in the youth-at-risk population.
Participants will develop realistic goals & strategies for employment attainment and retention.
Enrollment is limited (three groups of 6) and participants will be paid minimum wage to attend.
Eligibility:
youth-at-risk, aged 15 through 30;
out of school;
ineligible for E.I. benefits;
legally entitled to work in Canada;
have a suspected or diagnosed learning disability or learning difficulty;
priority given to youth who have not completed high school.
