Investing in Youth: Evidence from Policy, Practice and Research

Ensuring that young people are adequately prepared to become active and engaged citizens is a key preoccupation for policymakers in Canada and around the world. The project will examine the changing realities, issues and challenges of today’s youth, including new conditions/aspects of vulnerability and implications for public policy. It will help develop a knowledge base and framework, identify methodological strategies and examine new international thinking and policy approaches, for supporting analysis, measurement of and, responses to, emerging youth-related issues in Canada.
