Description

Permanent structure with wet lab, workshop and storage area within one building. Heated if required and water is trucked by Hamlet of Tuktoyaktuk. You will need to contact Area Manager to see if heat can be turned on and water delivered and, during winter months, arrange for snow clearing. Facility has not been used for a number of years and may need to be tidied up and checked for malfunctioning furnace and plumbing.

Commercial air service from Inuvik all year round.

It is possible to travel by snow machine or by automoblile during the winter when the ice road is open and by boat in the summer.
