Analytical Tool "ROI in e-Business"

This tool was originally developed by the Electronic Commerce Institute in Montreal. It's an Excel spreadsheet, adapted and translated by Industry Canada in order to make it available free to all Canadian firms. Download the Excel spreadsheet now [Excel Format, 395Kb] and work on it at your own pace. If you do not have a copy of the Excel software, you can view the spreadsheet using this Excel 2003 viewer.
