Transformation of Pension Administration gets green light

We are pleased to announce that on June 13, 2007, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) received approval for two initiatives that will modernize the public service pension systems and allow us to enhance services to you and your beneficiaries.
Over the next four and a half years, PWGSC will:
- replace the pension systems;
- introduce faster, more efficient client services; and
- provide you and your beneficiaries with self-service options and automated initiation of service requests.
We look forward to improving these systems to serve you better. More detailed information will be provided when new services become available.
