External Appointment Process
If you have any general concerns about an external recruitment process, please contact the department or agency conducting the recruitment for the position. Address your concerns to the attention of the Human Resources of the department or agency that initiated the recruitment process, and quote the job advertisement reference number of the position.
However, if you believe that the appointment or proposed appointment may not have been based on merit, or that an error, omission or improper conduct has compromised the appointment process, you may contact the Investigations Branch of the Public Service Commission (PSC), which has the discretionary authority to investigate such issues.
You may also contact the Investigations Branch if you believe that fraud or political influence may have occurred.
