Technical support is available through on-line features on this Web site. We encourage you to use these facilities, which deal extensively with topics such as Web browsers, cookies, and root certificates.

We also maintain a News page that has messages for tax professionals.

If you have hardware problems, such as computer or modem malfunctions, refer to your hardware manuals or contact the vendor. If software is causing the problem, refer to the developer's manual, help line, or Web site.

EFILE Helpdesks

Contact the EFILE Helpdesk, located in the tax centres if you have questions about EFILE On-Line, EFILE On-Line Plus, or need help with error messages, authentication problems (i.e., numbers and passwords), or tax return specifications.
