Innovation CentreDedicated to providing laboratory and office space for commercial activity, the NINT Innovation Centre serves technology startups and established companies that would benefit from locating close to NINT and University of Alberta facilities and expertise. Where is the NINT Innovation Centre?The NINT Innovation Centre (NIC) occupies the fourth floor of the NINT Building at 1142 Saskatchewan Drive, Edmonton, Alberta on the campus of the University of Alberta. NIC has 2700 m² (29,000 ft2) of laboratory and office space which is rented out at commercial rates. Such contract research and facilities access opportunities and the proximity to such expertise make the NINT Innovation Centre more than just a lease of space. Opportunities for collaborative research projects with NINT and University of Alberta researchers or other tenants are possible.
