W.G Schneider Building Grand Opening

W.G. SchneiderThe Official Opening of the National Ultrahigh-Field NMR Facility for Solids and the NRC Magnetic Resonance Facility in Ottawa will take place on June 1st, 2006.

Both NMR Facilities are located in the newly renovated W.G. Schneider Building, named after former NRC president, Dr. William G. Schneider, famous for his pioneering work in high-resolution NMR. Dr. Schneider will officiate the Grand Opening Ceremony, which coincidently, will be held on his 91st birthday!
