Use this form when you want to request a search for a payment that has been made but has not been credited to your account.

Refund
Use this form if you want to request a refund of an excess credit amount from your account.

Transfer of a credit
Use this form if you want to request a transfer of a credit within your corporation account or from your corporation account to an other levies, payroll deductions and/or your goods and services tax account(s).
