A separate application is required for each person.

Application for Canadian Citizenship - Minors (CIT 0003)

A separate application is required for each child.

If you are unable to or do not wish to use this order form, you may also order by contacting our Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100.

Both applications include all the instructions and forms required, including the fees receipt form.

Orders can only be sent to addresses in Canada.

Production and delivery will take approximately 2 weeks.
