The Office of Boating Safety recommends that all boaters take a boating safety course. Having more knowledgeable boaters on our waterways will contribute to reducing the number of injuries and incidents and will save lives.

Nunavut and Northwest Territories

The Competency of Operators of Pleasure Craft Regulations do not apply to  Nunavut and the Northwest Territories at this time.
