Please be advised that submitting an Aviation Incident Report by means of this site does NOT exempt the owner, operator, pilot-in-command, any crew member of the aircraft and, where the accident or incident involves a loss of separation or a risk of collision, any air traffic controller having direct knowledge of the accident or incident from reporting the occurrence to the Transportation Safety Board in accordance with the Canadian Transportation Accident Investigation and Safety Board Act.
