What's New?
- DSP Quick Reference Guide
In response to our DSP Client Satisfaction Survey, and in our ongoing efforts to enhance our communication with our libraries, our new DSP Quick Reference Guide is now available online in PDF format.
In developing the Guide, the contents were discussed with the DSP/Library Advisory Committee and a draft was sent to them for comments. Now completed, the Guide provides an overview of the Program in terms of the services we provide and the role you play in ensuring the success of the Program. We hope that it will assist you to have a better understanding of how the DSP works in terms of its operational components and electronic services. You may wish to use the Guide as a training tool within your own organization. Finally, there is DSP contact information at the end of the Guide which provides all DSP coordinates.
