ORDER EXEMPTING CERTAIN SPECIFIED ACQUISITIONS BY GROUPE CSL INC. FROM THE APPLICATION OF PART VII OF THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION ACT, 1987

SHORT TITLE

1. This Order may be cited as the Groupe CSL Inc. Acquisition Exemption Order.

EXEMPTION

2. The acquisition by Groupe CSL Inc. of all shares of Groupe CSL Inc. held by Fednav Limited is hereby exempted from the application of Part VII of the National Transportation Act, 1987.

SOR/88-399 21 July, 1988 pursuant to subsection 253(6) of the National Transport Act, 1987, comes into force 21 July, 1988.
