CANADA TRANSPORTATION ACTLawrence Bay Airways Ltd. Exemption Order, 1989 SOR/89-408 ORDER RESPECTING THE EXEMPTION OF LAWRENCE BAY AIRWAYS LTD. FROM THE APPLICATION OF SUBPARAGRAPH 72(2)(a)(i) OF THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION ACT, 1987 SHORT TITLE 1. This Order may be cited as the Lawrence Bay Airways Ltd. Exemption Order, 1989.
EXEMPTION 2. Lawrence Bay Airways Ltd. is hereby exempted from the application of subparagraph 72(2)(a)(i) of the National Transportation Act, 1987.
SOR/89-408 10 August, 1989 pursuant to section 73 of the National Transport Act, 1987, comes into force 10 August, 1989. |
