The Guidelines are divided into five parts : Part I : Introduction, interpretation and application; Part II : helicopter decks and winching areas; Part III : Helicopter fuelling and servicing facilities; Part IV : Fire-protection and personnel-rescue facilities; Part V : Helicopter operations.
