Over the last 20 years more than 300 solar car teams from around the globe have made the journey to share in the spirit of adventure and the challenge of a lifetime. This means that more than 2500 individuals hold memories of this event.

In October 2007 the Panasonic World Solar Challenge will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the event.

New teams and old are invited to share the adventure.
