As of March 14, 2005, employees subject to the four Public
Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) collective agreements, and who have over two
years of service, have been granted a one time vacation leave
of 37.5 hours. As the terms and conditions of CA (Career Assignment Program) and
MM (Management Trainee Program) employees follow those of the PM group, this one
time entitlement has been extended to the CA's and MM's as well. For details
on how this entitlement should be implemented, refer to the Treasury Board
Secretariat April 27 notice on
New Vacation Leave Credits.
