CMHC-Eligible Energy-Efficient Building Programs

CMHC encourages the development of more energy-efficient homes by making eligible a broader range of home building programs. Effective July 27th, 2005, homes built under the following programs will qualify for the 10% premium refund without the requirement for an individual EnerGuide evaluation:

  • Built Green™ Alberta Gold Label Homes
