Empowering women to take action!

Women Build is not about excluding men; it is about empowering women. Women have the capability and determination necessary to build Habitat for Humanity homes. On a Women Build site, female volunteers from all walks of life come together to learn, laugh, and encourage one another... ultimately recognizing their ability to help local families break the cycle of poverty.

Commitment

The Women Build involves teams of 10 to 15 women each. You can form your own team in your workplace or with friends and family, or we can match you with a team. Join a Women Build team either to fundraise, build, or raise awareness. Challenge a group of friends to gather pledges and unite together on the build site for a day.

How to get involved

Fundraise through either corporate sponsorship or in personal pledges, and an online peer-to-peer fundraising site will be provided for you to create your own fundraising page.
