Boards of Referees Policy and Administration Pursuant to section 111 of the Employment Insurance Act and section 78 of the Regulations

2. OBJECTIVES

To set out the policy guideline on:

1. the appointment and the renewal of appointments for chairpersons and panel members;

2. the continuing eligibility requirements of chairpersons and panel members;

3. the termination of appointments of chairpersons and panel members.
