Regional Director General, Dean Miller
 Mr. Miller was appointed as the Regional Director-General for PWGSC Ontario in September 2007. Prior to his appointment, and for the previous five years, Mr. Miller was the Acting Associate Regional Executive Head for Human Resources Development Canada and subsequently, Director General, Chief Financial Officer Branch, at Service Canada, both in the Ontario Region.
A Certified General Accountant, Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Simon Fraser University.
Mr. Miller is a seasoned executive with over 30 years experience in the federal government. His public service career began in 1977 with Canada Post Corporation. Since then, he has held various managerial and executive positions in federal organizations across Canada in the fields of Finance and Administration, Corporate Services, Information Technology and Service Delivery.
As the Regional Director-General, Mr. Miller represents the Minister's and Deputy Minister's interests in the Ontario operation. Mr. Miller will provide oversight in the planning and delivery of the full suite of integrated, client-focused PWGSC services, through the single window service delivery concept, to all client departments and agencies in the Region. |
