In both countries, Mr. Paradis will meet with government counterparts to discuss bilateral issues.</p> <p>While in Morocco, the Secretary of State will be attending the Conf&eacute;rence Minist&eacute;rielle de la Francophonie sur la Societ&eacute; de l'Information [Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie on the Information Society]. The conference will prepare La Francophonie and its member governments for the World Summit on the Information Society to be held in Geneva, from December 10 to 12, 2003.
