Human activities are an integral part of Canada’s ecosystems. The geology, soils, landforms, waterbodies, climate, and species found in each ecosystem have enabled different human activities to occur. Agricultural Land Use, Productive Forest Land Use and Mining Sites are a few examples of human activities.
