PUBLIC SERVICE REARRANGEMENT AND TRANSFER OF DUTIES ACT

Order Transferring from the President of the Treasury Board to the Minister of the Environment the Powers, Duties and Functions Relating to the Contribution Agreement

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 2(a) (see footnote a) of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, hereby transfers from the President of the Treasury Board to the Minister of the Environment the powers, duties and functions relating to the Contribution Agreement, entered into on July 18, 2001, between Her Majesty in right of Canada, Her Majesty in right of Ontario, the City of Toronto and the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation, which Agreement was authorized by Order in Council P.C. 2001-767 of April 27, 2001, effective January 4, 2007.
