AbstractIn 2001, the proportion of the population (individuals aged 15 and older) with non-university post-secondary credentials had more than doubled since 1971 to 36%. This, added to the 15% with university qualifications, meant that more than one-half (51%) of all Canadians aged 15 and over had post-secondary qualifications in 2001.
