The map on this plate shows the extent of the forest regions of Canada. For each forest region, forest sections are indicated. The eight forest regions are divided into forest sections on the basis of variations within a region. A set of two graphs accompany the map. One shows total areas of forest regions in Canada; the other shows the area of each forest region in each province.
