PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYMENT ACT
Order Designating the Department of International Trade as a Department and the Deputy Minister as Deputy Head

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby
(a) pursuant to the definition "department" in subsection 2(1) of the Public Service Employment Act, designates the Department of International Trade as a department for the purposes of that Act, and
(b) pursuant to paragraph (b) of the definition "deputy head" in subsection 2(1) of that Act, designates the Deputy Minister for International Trade as deputy head of the Department of International Trade for the purposes of that Act,
effective December 12, 2003.
