CANADIAN WHEAT BOARD ACT FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister,

(a) pursuant to the definition "Minister" in subsection 2(1) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act, hereby

(i) revokes Order in Council P.C. 2002-32 of January 15, 2002 (see footnote a) , and
(ii) designates the President of the Treasury Board, a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act; and

(b) pursuant to the definition "appropriate Minister" (see footnote b)  in section 2 of the Financial Administration Act, hereby designates the President of the Treasury Board, a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, as the appropriate Minister for the purposes of that Act,

effective December 12, 2003.
