CANADIAN CENTRE FOR MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT ACT

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition "Minister" in section 2 of the Canadian Centre for Management Development Act (see footnote a) , hereby

(a) repeals Order in Council P.C. 1991-2315 of November 21, 1991 (see footnote b) , and

(b) designates the President of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, a member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purposes of that Act,

effective December 12, 2003.
