FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act

P.C. 2003-2046 12 December, 2003

Whereas the Governor in Council considers it appropriate that the Office of the Deputy Minister of International Trade, in the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, be added to Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act as a department for the purposes of that Act, to be known as the Department of International Trade;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to paragraph 3(1)(a) (see footnote a)  of the Financial Administration Act, hereby makes the annexed Order Amending Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act.

ORDER AMENDING SCHEDULE I.1 TO THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION ACT

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule I.1 to the Financial Administration Act (see footnote 1)  is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:

Appropriate Minister
Department of International Trade
Ministère du Commerce international
Minister of Foreign Affairs

COMING INTO FORCE

2. This Order comes into force on December 12, 2003.
