TERRITORIAL LANDS ACT
Reservation to the Crown Waiver Order (Shell Lake, N.W.T.)

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to paragraph 13(b) of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that a strip of land 30.48 m (100 feet) in width, measured from the ordinary high water mark to the shore of Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories, not be deemed to be reserved to the Crown out of any grant of any of the lots of land described in the schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
Lots numbered 1, 2 and 5, in Block 91, located within the Community of Inuvik, along Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 3561 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Registration District in Yellowknife under number 83732.
Lots numbered 11-3 to 11-8, located within the Community of Inuvik, along Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 466 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Registration District in Yellowknife under number 53770.
Lots numbered 11-9 and 11-10, located within the Community of Inuvik, along Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 1140 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Registration District in Yellowknife under number 60734.
Lots numbered 11-11 to 11-18, located within the Community of Inuvik, along Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories, as said lots are shown on a plan of survey of record number 466 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Registration District in Yellowknife under number 53770.
EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order.)
This Order waives the reservation to the Crown with respect to certain territorial lands as described in the schedule, lying within 30.48 m (100 feet) of the ordinary high water mark along the shore line of Shell Lake, in the Northwest Territories.
