TORONTO WATERFRONT REVITALIZATION CORPORATION ACT, 2002

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to the definition "federal government" in section 1 of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002, being chapter 28 of the Statutes of Ontario, 2002, hereby designates the Minister of Transport, member of the Queen's Privy Council for Canada, to represent Her Majesty in right of Canada for the purposes of that Act.
