This Table provides a reference to regulations, statutory instruments (other than regulations), and other documents that were in force at any time in the current calendar year. For instruments published in the Canada Gazette Part II which have ceased to be in force in any previous year, reference should be made to the Consolidated Index of Statutory Instruments of December 31st of the year in question.
The documents included in this Table are listed alphabetically under the statute pursuant to which they were made. The registration number of each document is included after the title. If amendments are made to a document, each section amended will be indicated as well as the registration number of the amending order with the amending section.
Documents not published but registered are indicated as such and can be examined at the office of the Registrar of Statutory Instruments, Blackburn Building, Room 418, 85 Sparks Street, Ottawa, Canada.
Documents that are by the Statutory Instruments Regulations, exempt from registration and publication in the Canada Gazette Part II are listed under the appropriate Statute along with the place where they can be inspected and obtained.
Amendments to Acts or the Coming into Force of Acts will be listed for the year in which they are made. For any further reference please consult the Table of Public Statutes and Responsible Ministers which lists all amendments to Acts.
