ITE is seeking instructors/developers for its 2007 training program.
2007 Traffic Signal Self Assessment: Now Available!
The 2007 Traffic Signal Self Assessment follows the highly publicized 2005 National Traffic Signal Report Card. The updated self assessment gives agencies a benchmark to assess their own performance and, for agencies that choose to participate, the results will be used anonymously in the 2007 National Traffic Signal Report Card.

Certification Update from the TPCB
The results from the August 2006 Traffic Signal Operations Specialist (TSOS) and Traffic Operations Practitioner Specialist (TOPS) certification exams are in! The Transportation Professional Certification Board (TPCB) is pleased to announce that there are now seven TSOS and nine TOPS certificants.
On October 21, 2006, examinations were held at 13 sites in the United States and two sites in Canada for the following certification programs:

Traffic Signal Operations Specialist
(TSOS)

Traffic Operations Practitioner Specialist (TOPS)
-
Professional Traffic Operations Engineer
(PTOE)
The ITE Educational Foundation has scheduled Web-based refresher seminars for each of these certification programs. A schedule of these seminars can be found at
