Alexander John Clarke and Jennifer Marlo Roosen hereby give notice that an application has been made to the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities under the Navigable Waters Protection Act for approval of the plans and site of the work described herein. Under section 9 of the said Act, Alexander John Clarke and Jennifer Marlo Roosen have deposited with the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and in the office of the District Registrar of the Land Registry District of Parry Sound, at 28 Miller Street, Parry Sound, Ontario P2A 1P1, under deposit No. 210258, a description of the site and plans of a Bailey bridge over Beaudry Creek, on part of Lot 34, Concession 1, township of Patterson, District of Parry Sound, in front of Highway 534, Zenith 6 000, next to the town of Restoule.

Comments may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 100 Front Street S, Sarnia, Ontario N7T 2M4. However, comments will be considered only if they are in writing, are received not later than 30 days after the date of publication of this notice and are related to the effects of this work on marine navigation. Although all comments conforming to the above will be considered, no individual response will be sent.

Its approximate geographic coordinates (NAD83) are as follows: 48°14'17.0" north latitude and 65°43'32.5" west longitude (western extremity); and 48°14'15.5" north latitude and 65°43'29.0" west longitude (eastern extremity); and
  • A temporary bridge over the Petite Rivière Cascapédia, located between the new bridge and the covered bridge on the same road, designated as being in front of Lot 801 and an island with no cadastre number, in the cadastre of New Richmond County, Registration Division of Bonaventure 1. Its approximate geographic coordinates (NAD83) are as follows: 48°14'16.7" north latitude and 65°43'32.9" west longitude (western extremity); and 48°14'16.2" north latitude and 65°43'31.8" west longitude (eastern extremity).

Comments regarding the effect of this work on marine navigation may be directed to the Superintendent, Navigable Waters Protection Program, Transport Canada, 901 Du Cap-Diamant Street, Suite 310, Québec, Quebec G1K 4K1.
