Service Canada launches pleasure craft licensing

TORONTO — Lynne Yelich, left, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human
Resources and Social Development Minister Diane Finley, and Peter Van Loan,
centre, Parliamentary Secretary to the Federal Ministers of Foreign Affairs and
Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency are joined by Alain Briere, right,
Executive Director of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadron after announcing
