No time to eat

There is so little time to eat lunch at work and school—why spend my time making one at home?

If you bring a healthy, delicious lunch, you'll have more time to eat and enjoy your meal. You also won't spend your time running to the vending machine or standing in line-ups. If time for lunch is really short, you'll want to pack your lunch bags with food that can be eaten on the run.

When packing for kids try to include more "snack" options, rather than "meal" options. Check out some great kid-friendly ideas here.

If you're too busy to take a lunch break yourself, here are some ideas for fast and easy lunches.
