Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations

P.C. 2006-1538 December 14, 2006

Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities, pursuant to subsection 7.6(1) (see footnote a) of the Aeronautics Act, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Amending the Designated Provisions Regulations.

REGULATIONS AMENDING THE DESIGNATED
PROVISIONS REGULATIONS

AMENDMENT

1. Schedule 2 of the Designated Provisions Regulations (see footnote 1) is replaced by the Schedule 2 set out in the schedule to these Regulations.

COMING INTO FORCE

2. These Regulations come into force on December 31, 2006.
