Canada's New Government Announces Mandatory Industrial Targets to Tackle Climate Change and Reduce Air PollutionThe Minister of the Environment, the Honourable John Baird unveiled, on April 26, 2007 at Polson Pier in Toronto, an action plan that will regulate major industrial sectors to tackle climate change and clean up the air we breathe.
