Saskatchewan Roughriders quarterback Kerry Joseph continued to receive accolades for leading his team to Sunday's Grey Cup (CBC, 3:30 p.m. ET) against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
One day after being named the league's most outstanding player, Joseph was selected to the CFL all-star team on Friday.

It's an honour Toronto Argonauts defensive end Jonathan Brown admits is very deserving.
"KJ is a great player, a great person," said Brown, one of six Argos named to the CFL all-star defence. "[Riders coach] Kent Austin had a great scheme and Kerry was the right quarterback and the right fit for that.
"They're flying high and I'd expect they'll have a good game against Winnipeg."
Joseph was just one of two Rider players named to the team with the other being centre Jeremy O'Day.
The B.C. Lions, who boasted the best regular season with a 14-3-1 mark, had nine players earn spots, including defensive Cameron Wake, the league's top rookie and defensive player.
Wake led the CFL with 16 sacks this season.
Both Winnipeg and Toronto had six players on the team while Hamilton, Saskatchewan and Montreal had two members apiece. Edmonton and Calgary were shutout.
Fans, members of the Football Reporters of Canada as well as the eight head coaches all had a hand in voting for the all-star team. It also marked the first time fans were given the opportunity to cast a ballot. The fan votes accounted for 25 per cent of the overall amount.
Other all-stars include:
- B.C. Lions WRs Geroy Simon, Jason Clermont and RB Joe Smith.
- Winnipeg's WRs Terrence Edwards, Derick Armstrong and RB Charles Roberts.
- Tackles Rob Murphy of B.C., Winnipeg's Dan Goodspeed and guards Scott Flory of Montreal and Kelly Bates of the Lions.
- Five other Argos named to the defence: linebacker Kevin Eiben, defensive back Kenny Wheaton, safety Orlondo Steinauer and cornerbacks Jordan Younger and Byron Parker.
- Defensive back Ryan Phillips of the B.C. Lions captured the other position in the secondary.
- Hamilton's Zeke Moreno and Winnipeg's Barrin Simpson (112 tackles) join Eiben (91 tackles) at linebacker.
- B.C.'s Ian Smart was named the team's kick returner while Montreal's Damon Duval and Hamilton rookie Nick Setta are the punter and kicker, respectively.
