Note that the time from vaccine administration to onset of symptoms must be with in the time frame listed below for eac h kind of adverse event. All sudden infant deat h syndromes deaths were excluded because they were deemed to be unrelated to vaccine administration according to previously published papers. *As defined in Table 10; Applies only to nonoral poliio vaccine-related events. For oral polio vaccine-related events, the time interval is four to 60 days. For influenza-related events, there is no time restriction.
