Health Canada recognizes the value of supporting research in order to discover new and better ways to deal with the health concerns of today and tomorrow.
In this section, you will find information about how we fund programs for science and research activities outside the department, such as the Natural Health Products Research Program. Information is also available on research projects that have been funded through the now discontinued Health Policy Research Program and the Toxic Substances Research Initiative.
