Parliamentary Secretary to Minister of Fisheries and Forestry Oct. 1970, and to the Minister of Environment in 1971. Assistant Deputy Chairman of Committees of the Whole House, July 1982. Deputy Speaker 1984. Appointed to the Senate, July 9, 1984.
