Minister Cannon to visit Québec City Security Technology Company
The Honourable Lawrence Cannon, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities will visit Optosecurity Inc. in Québec City, Quebec on Thursday, October 19, 2006.
Optosecurity Inc. is a local Québec City company that is designing and developing security technology and equipment for security screening of passenger bags, in order to facilitate the efficient and accurate detection of potential threats.
The Minister will be attending a demonstration of leading-edge security technology equipment. Media representatives are invited to attend the demonstration, and a short photo opportunity will be held.
