As a result of a government "Policy on Service Standards for External Fees" and the "User Fee Act (UFA)", Marine Safety has developed policies on "Service Standards for Marine Safety’s Fees" and "Handling of Complaints Related to Marine Safety user Fees and Applicable Service Standards".
