Registration and Update

What is the procedure to register in the Business Advisors database of the Managing for Business Success website. How can an existing profile be updated, and how long does it take for new profiles or updates to appear on the site?

Please read carefully the instructions provided in the Registering and Updating Procedures on the Managing for Business Success web site and proceed accordingly. As the database is now hosted on the Canadian Company Capabilities (CCC) web site, different instructions are provided depending whether your organization is already registered with CCC.

You can access the procedures by clicking first on the Find Business Advisors link in the left-hand menu and then on the How to Update or Register your profile in the Directories link.

As specified on that page, if you need assistance, you may first consult the item "Register/Update Help" in the Help section on the Canadian Company Capabilities web site or you can call 1-800-328-6189 or 1-613-954-5031.

The normal time frame for a registration or update to appear on the Managing for Business Success website, as well as on the Canadian Company Capabilities web site, is approximately 3 to 5 working days from the receipt of the information.
